The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) and the United States Mint formed a “strategic alliance” to sell BEP numismatic products through the Mint’s e-commerce system. The alliance will provide numismatic customers with a better experience and greater variety of products.
BEP products are available for online purchase only through the Mint’s online store or by calling 1-800-USA-MINT (872-6468).
BEP products are still available at the BEP visitor center gift shops in Washington, D.C., and Ft. Worth, Texas, and select BEP products will be available at Mint retail locations in Washington, D.C.; Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; and Denver, Colorado. BEP bulk sales customers should continue to place orders through the BEP at 1-800-456-3408.

BEP online customer accounts will not be automatically transferred to the Mint. BEP customers are encouraged to set up new accounts on the Mint’s website in order to take advantage of the Mint’s enrollment program, to track purchases of BEP products, and to receive BEP and Mint product and promotion notifications.
The BEP will no longer accept orders through its online store or telephone sales department in preparation for the transition. Messaging to that effect is posted. The moneyfactorystore.gov website is no longer accessible, and the BEP has redirected online and social media sales traffic to the Mint’s website.
