COINage magazine has been named Best Periodical by the Numismatic Literary Guid. The award, along with all other 2018 winners, was announced during the NLG’s annual awards ceremony held August 16 in Philadelphia in conjunction with the American Numismatic Association’s World’s Fair of Money.
This year marked the 50th anniversary of the NLG, a nonprofit organization composed of editors, authors, writers, bloggers and content producers who cover news and feature stories about all forms of money, medals, and tokens as collectibles.
To be eligible for consideration in any of the 2018 Numismatic Literary Guild award categories, entries must have been published, released, or posted on the internet between May 1, 2017, and April 30, 2018.
